Shipping policy

All orders from WUSH are fulfilled and delivered by our logistics partner Wakilni, providing reliable nationwide delivery across Lebanon.

1. Delivery Coverage

Wakilni currently delivers to two main zones in Lebanon:

Zones	Delivery Time
Beirut (from Jnah to Dbayeh) and up to Baabda	1–2 working days
All other areas in Lebanon	2–3 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on weather, traffic, holidays, or courier workload.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and Wakilni’s zone coverage. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed daily. Once your order is packed, it is handed over to Wakilni for delivery according to your zone’s timeline.

You may receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification when your order is out for delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
• Keep their phone available for the courier
• Be present at the delivery address during the estimated timeframe

Failed deliveries caused by unavailable recipients or incorrect addresses do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

• The order will be marked as failed
• A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee
• No refund or cancellation applies (as per our No Refund policy)

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos so our team can assist.

WUSH may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion.
