Refund policy

At WUSH, we prioritize product hygiene, safety, and quality. Because we sell hair-care and personal-care products, we follow strict health regulations. For this reason, all sales on our store are final.


1. No Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, WUSH does not accept returns under any circumstance. This includes:

  • Opened or used items
  • Unopened items
  • Products received in good condition
  • Items ordered by mistake
  • Items the customer no longer wants

Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


2. No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Orders paid online (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
  • Cash-on-delivery orders
  • Delivered orders
  • Orders refused by the customer
  • Accidental or duplicate orders

Refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance.


3. No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Processing begins immediately to ensure fast fulfillment through our logistics partner, Wakilni.


4. Damaged, Wrong, or Quality-Related Issues

Although returns and refunds are not offered, we will assist you if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos/videos of the issue.

Depending on the issue, WUSH may — at our discretion — offer a replacement or store credit. This is not guaranteed and is reviewed case by case.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

All WUSH products fall under this category due to hygiene standards. We strictly follow safety guidelines, which prohibit accepting returned personal-care items.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is complete and correct
  • Your phone number is reachable during delivery
  • You review your order before completing checkout

WUSH is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.
